Aero Monoblock Wheel fitment

Hi guys, I wanted to replace my stock wheels for my 2002 E430 4MATIC to the AMG aero monoblocks. I really like how they look compared to what I have now. I am just going to stick with stock 17's but will these ones fit? He is selling them here on ebay, only diff I see is instead of my 17 x 7.5 w/37mm offset, the monoblocks are 17 x 8 w/30mm offset. Any suggestions? Thanks!

my thoughts: the wheels will fit but the proof will be the tire selection you choose to put on and whether they'll be
any accuracy issues with the odo/speedo. so you should head over to an online tire conversion/equivalent calculator
to see what choice you have. i think that price is a little high for imitation monoblocs but that's just me. international
shipping can be high. How much would you trust it will arrive intact and without damage and if not, what is your recourse?
Thai made wheels may have questionable quality, runout etc

Thanks for your input Raymond on the calculator. I used it and my tires will fit on them. So the only difference I see is the width of the wheel is .5" wider than my stock ones but I think the offset compensates for that a bit since my stock ones are +37mm and the monoblocks are +30mm. That's the only other thing that I'm not clear to make sure they mount ok. I have been looking around and the genuine monoblocks are hard to find in good shape and prices are very high and even more if they are in good shape.

Thanks again for the assistance.

I first used 245mm for my front tire on a 30 ET but that, combined with lowered suspension caused rubbing of the outside
sidewall against the wheel opening/arch when the suspension compressed more during normal driving. So I opted to go
to a 225 front tire with an 8.5 width to avoid scraping of the wheel arch.

Don't know what tire size you've selected but since it's a 17" rim and no doubt, less than 8.5" I'm guessing you'll be fine
on the outside sidewall...and also good clearance on the inside sidewall.

Yes, a pristine set of MB Monoblocs is a rare find and commending skyrocket price.

My tire size is 235x45. I did the lowering thing once on an Acura, it looked hot. I might give it a go with eibach pro kit eventually down the line. I have #2 pads at least lol.

ahh, I get the picture.

I am using w211 AMG twin spoke wheels, 18" so had to go with hybrid lug bolts 14 ball seat and 12mm dia bolts.

Front 8.5" ET30 wearing 225-40 Contact Sport
Rear 9" ET39 with 265-35 Contact Sport

Lowered via Eibach so it's about 1.25" drop on #2 all around but I think I'll now bump back up to 3s in front

I've tried Koni yellow adjustables and felt they were too soft so happy now with Bilstein firm (think they're called B24 now).
I also sampled Vogtland springs but they were brutally harsh for my delicate butt.
