Not surprising!
Mercedes needs to get past its eurosnob attitude and start focusing on reliability and quality.
Many of us, including myself, drive Mercedes because we like the image. However, slowly Mercedes is starting to go down the Jaguar path. The ML reliability disaster is an example.
