Fog Lamp Beam Screen Cap

I had both fog lamp screen proctector caps fall off. I removed the fog lamps and reset the caps in place. Question to those of you who had the caps replaced by the dealer, (TSB P-82 10 343A), was the whole fog lamp assembly replaced including the lens?

Next visit for warranty work I'll have the tech address the issue. Problem is I have Stone-Guard covers on the lenses and I don't want to replace them if the whole assembly is replaced.
