Keep getting malfunction for inspection
Everytime I get in the car it tells me its due for inspection . I just recently had my car inspected but the warning didn't go away. How can I turn this annoying feature off?

The tech who inspected (serviced?) your car may have forgotten to reset the indicator. Back to the dealership.
I once had an '84 BMW 325e with a service indicator that would randomly (and incorrectly) say that service was due. Using instructions I found someplace, I was able to reset the indicator by connecting two contacts on the diagnostic plug socket with a piece of wire. That tactic is probably not recommended with a W211.
