This doesn't relate to your service question, but...

I have not purchased a car yet, but they seem very overpriced for their used vehicles. BTW, they are owned by the Rasmussen company which also owns the Wilsonville Mercedes dealer. No competition on prices here in PDX.

I've bought three cars from them over the last 6 years. The service department has been slipping lately. I've had to stay on top of them more than I'd like. That much said, my sales guy there has always been good to me.

The Wilsonville dealer has much nicer facilities. I suspect they will shut down the downtown dealership eventually. It is small and rather cramped.

In late 90s into 2000, they wouldn't ****er much on price. But in 2003 when I got my new E-class, they were *very* aggressive with me and I got a pretty decent deal. Basically about $1000 over invoice. Which isn't great, but good.

I am up for a new E this year and I am heading there this week to have service done on my existing E and test drive some new cars. We'll see how their process has improved.
