Just put on 1200k, NY to Wisconsin

Where the hell am i?
Man this was a drive. I can tell you the car drove really well, the only thing i was worried about the scratches from the debris thrown my way from these 18 wheelers, i hate driving behind those. This was my longest trip in E, 15hrs. I really appreciate the car now more then ever, and doesn't hurt to have the best looking car in town. Does anybody notice, there aren't many Mercedes in Chicago, or maybe its just me. i barely see any, and ofcourse now in wisconsin gawd i haven't seen any yet in one week i have been here.

Now what the hell is a desi doing in Wisconsin?

Great to hear that the E is holding up well. I tell you our finely crafted german cars love long road trips, thats where their performance and character really come out.

Yes - these cars drive like a charm - driven from Dallas to Houston and back in the same day 3.5 hour each way just for dinner - never felt the ride.

What're you doing in America's Dairyland?

Even when I was driving my W203, I always enjoyed the trip from Madison, WI to Chicago.

Just to be a party pooper 1200k is "twelve hundred thousand miles" or could be erroneously interpreted as 1200 kilometers.

That being said, we really know you meant 1200 miles. Now why would you go from here to there, and how long did it take you?

Well sawy guys...i did mean to say 1200 miles. Took 12hrs from albany to chicago, and then 2 1/2hrs from chicago to wisconsin dells. Felt so uncomfortable putting so much mileage on it, especially when i went through that 50k marker. Felt so vulnurable, but then i remember i have the extended warranty...which ofcourse no comparison to MB full bumper to bumper.
Oh to answer y am i in wisconsin of all places, Just bought myself awhole of worries, been working 18hrs days n no relief insight. Hopefully find new employees soon before i burn myself out. Seems like i'll be here for couple of yrs before i go back to NY again.
I have to get new tires & rims for the car, one might be bent which is driving me crazy. I been searching for some aftermarkets now, lets see what amazes the eye.

Haha, i don't think so SuchDawg, i wish maybe that would have brought my first MB much sooner.
