just another day pic taken during my daily commute from Baltimore to Washington DC. Yes, the Kleemann KD-box did help with the gas mileage. (about 4 miles of this trip is streets and the rest is cruising at about 65-68mph)
Its also nicer that Diesel is 10-15cents cheaper than regular (87) fuel too!

Shucks, that CDI mileage ain't nuttin'. My E500 recently got over 50 mpg at 70-75 mph, driving north on Interstate 5 between Lebec and Mettler, California.

Out Of Control!!
eh quit yer biotching... my ML55 sees 8.6 miles a gallon in the city, if I drive it with enough speed... and anything over 110 or so it seems like it gets a mile a gallon

Last month, I had a 750 mile day traveling to two cities in North Carolina. I have a 2005 E-500. At the start of the trip, I reset my odometer. At the end of day, I had an average economy of 28.1 miles per gallon! With a/c running most of the day. Car has 33,000 miles on it. I just wish the brake system didn't burp in city driving, that my rear view windows worked, that my sunroof would stay closed, that my driver seat adjust didn't fall apart..... Other than that, I love the car.
