Newbie to Mods
what are some recommended upgrades to the appearance of the car as well as preformance mods that anyone suggest i do. Nothing insane, i am not ready to put 20k into the car just yet.
thanks for your input.
In general, if you have an E320 sport, you have airmatic, and you'll have a "more comfortable" ride compared to lowering via springs. Also, the more you lower your car, the "bouncier" it becomes.
have you seen that done? i wonder what that would look like?

Here's my car. Lowered via StarDiagnostic machine at my dealer. If you have the Airmatic suspension, you can have this done. As long as you can find a willing dealer. I've also lowered my car via the "washer method". I did this because I thought the front could stand to go a bit lower after lowering via Star. Other then that, I just slapped on a set of 19's. Gonna do exhaust next, and maybe chip it.

Ahhhhh, good question.
It doesn't compensate at all. As part of getting it lowered via StarDiagnostic, they align it at the same time.
Now, I went a step further and lowered the front even more using the "washer method". But I can't exactly waltz into my dealer and have them re-align it with washers in the front links. I'm sure that's a big no-no and my warranty would go bye-bye. And I wouldn't trust anybody, other than the dealer, to align my airmatic equipped car. So, I'm just gonna let it ride and see what happens. If I see uneven wearing, I'll pull out the washers......maybe.
But, if your car is low enough for you after lowering with Star, you'll be fine since the alignment is part of the process. Remember, every car gets a different amount of drop when lowered via Star. It's kinda a crap shoot.
Hope this helps

Take your car to a specialty alignment shop, and they should be able to align your car correctly.
My car is on the lower side, and I have even wear after 9000 miles. Pre-alignment, my inner tires were shot after 10,000 miles.
