I Need a Driver's Side Mirror '04 E320?? Any ideas?
 

I just hit a trash can and it cracked my Driver's side mirror on my 2004 E320.

When I called in they said the part is $600!! Anyone have any ideas where I can get one cheaper or used?

The mirror itself has electronics going into the back of it and where it cracked oil has seeped into the mirror part.

Do you need a complete mirror or just the glass? as the liquid leaking is from the auto dim in the mirror ...One can get a Mirror glass and the outer shell seperate if needed...Contact Steve @www.mbenznl.com

Also might want to consider the EURO Convex mirror glass for the mirrors..

Ryda - You rock! Thanks! It doesn't say E320 in the listing, but it is for 2003 or newer so I'll write them and find out. I have the part number at my office.

Mark - Thanks! I think I have to replace the whole mirror unit because that fluid is leaking into it and it wont clip into the holder so I think I must have broken something off the back of the mirror as well. The motor part looks fine. I'll write Steve too.

I got mine for $66.00 at http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...213858&make=67, granted it is not the one that auto dims, but I am doing some mods and dont really care, i rather spend $500 somewhere else.
