AMG sport bumper single tip mod

Hi, Can anyone help with the opening up of the cut out for twin tail pipes on an AMG sport (single pipe) bumper.(pics or help)
I have seen on e-bay US; a rear defuser (carbon) is it better to use this? If so how is it fitted? If I just cut the rear bumper extra piece out, you will have no return lip one side. Can you notice this?

We have bought the W211 twin pipes, even they will have to be modified because the sports AMG exhaust pipes come out straight (no bend downwards) that’s not a problem being a competent welder.

Any help appreciated.
