Panoroof Problem
So I drop off my car to get the brakes done and I mentioned to my SA that my roof has been rattling a little bit with the shades open. they can't seem to fix the problem and my car has been at Mercedes for almost a week now.
Any of you guys experience the same issue? Any chance they will have to buy my car back???

My car is being serviced at Calabasas Mercedes. The last time the SA called he said they were taking apart my headliner and had mentioned something about the panoroof frame that needs to be replaced or something. The loaner car is getting boring now. I want my car back! not to mention I still have to pay $700 for Front brake pads and rototrs and rear pads also.

We're having rattles from our Pano when it's open. It's making some serious noise now to the extent where we don't use it anymore.
Do you think it's still something to do with the guide rails or is that a problem only associated with when the shade is closed and there is noise?
