Standard it's 6.9 seconds and after the Carlsson CD40 tuning it should be 6.0 seconds

seems like it should be much faster... I get 6.6 on my E320CDI.. and RennTech added .1 at best..

Eitherway, the car must be amazing at passing in lower speeds..

How much horsepower has your 320 CDI?

Stock is 201hp and 369 ft/lb torque.. RennTech numbers are 231hp and 411 ft/lb torque..

Cause we should do 6.9 with 260 hp and after the tuning 6.0 with 303 hp...

Maybe because the settings?

you must be doing something wrong.. a stock E320CDI with US specs does 0-60 in 6.6-6.8 so a 260hp 400 should be in the 5's..

do it again..

I never timed it, but according to Mercedes Benz it should do 6.9, maybe they are wrong, to give the BMW drivers hope :p

And I think there is a little difference between 60 miles and 100 kilometres... (not sure though)

very odd.. slower than the 320.. 0-100K is the same as 0-62mph (not a big difference)

Also, does your car have the 5-speed or 7-speed trans?

Why would MB ever change the W211... it should just slowly evolve, like in the old days with the 450SEL and SL's.. it's a classic I tell you!

(As you may notice, I haven't found the correct screw for my rear license plate yet!)

Sweet!!, I love white cars.. came "This close" to getting the MB in white to match the Volvo! Don't forget to do a nice side by side review of the G35 with the W211 and post it in the W211 forum, I'd love your take on the way they compare in driving, workmanship, technology, etc..
