I'm looking for a set of Black 20" Replica Brabus rims for the E. Does anyone know where I can find them already painted with the black face?

I found a good deal on a rim/tire package at www.velocitymotoring.com - I guess I could always paint them on my own.

I think you mean VI not IV...? I had almost purchased a set of 20s Monoblock 6 replicas from them... they were able to get them painted for me
