I think you should go with the OEM grille and paint it black. And go with a flat hood badge.
The center star makes it look like a pig. IMO.

When you say paint it black, u mean the whole grill including the chrome pieces? Is there an OEM grill with like only 4 lines going across it? Some of the grills have too many lines. U know what I mean?

IMO, I think you should paint the slats black, but leave the chrome strips.

Have you seen 3tjohn's e-class? He has two pics that he took of it from the SEMA car show. What kind grill is like. Doesn't look like an OEM grill. Must be the E55 grill.

here are my recomendations on what you need to do... drop the car, maybe an inch- inch and a half... then wash the car and give her a nice detailing because it looks like it has some swirl marks on the paint. Then replace that grill with a painted OEM grill. Disassemble the grill and paint the whole thing black in order to garantee a clean paint job on it, if you were to paint it with out disassembly you would have paint in the seams and it would look crappy

Where would I get the grill with the 4 horizontal slats ??? I'm looking for that all over man and I really want it.....i fine the 4 slats look more aggressive right? Does that grill come with the E55?

The tail lights were simply painted and clear coated.
Here are pics of the front: Note it isn't black, but just gray. The second is black and I left the chrome "highlights"

I have no idea about the rear lights other than to say the work is really good. i have seen MANY that have been done at pro shops and these are pristine!!
The spoiler is the standard MB one sold for the W211. It comes primed and ready to paint.
