TPMS don't function with E63wheels?
 

My car is 05 W211.
I already have TPMS installed by Steve MbenzNL, so far so good.
Recently I purchased E63AMG wheel(5 spoke,gray-green). And installed beru TPMS sensors and valve stems.
But TPMS shows
1) "Reactivate tire pressure monitor after correction of tire pressure"
then I reactivated tire pressure(monitor current pressure?-yes) and for a while(much longer time taking than previous wheels) same message like 1) displayed on the cluster. I cannot get each tire pressure on the cluster, but actual tire pressure when I check with gauge is 34psi all around.
Why I cannot get TPMS working?
I think every sensors are fine and good worked with previous wheels(AMG styling 4).
Is there some paint protect signal transmission from sensors to antenna?
Anyone who have TPMS in E63?

I don't have E63 wheels, but I just trying to help. I think TPMS for W211 not all cars use the same sensors. I think for upto 2004, it uses Beru sensors, for 2005&up, it uses Siemens VDO sensors. From the outside(valve stem), they look the same, but the sensor itself looks different. The Siemens usually in black, while the Beru sensor usually in very lite grey(US spec). And they are not compatible each other.

I know I have all same sensors which are beru type.

you must have mixed up the sensors on the wheels. If you did, then you need to reactivate it and drive for 20-30 miles. The wheels are fine. They work fine with TPMS systems.

I've had this when I go from my regular wheels to my winter wheels. Sometimes it takes a whole day of driving for things to kick in. Once it took 2 days.

If you re-activate the TPMS you need to drive the car for 10 to 20 miles for
the system to be able to store the readings properly...if you re-activate
the TPMS when the tires are warm it will store pressures that are higher then
when the tires are cold and it will give you TPMS warnings/malfunction
readings due to the fact that the pressures are lower then what the car
thinks it should be.

Re-activating the TPMS multiple times during one trip will confuse the TPMS
control module as it does not have the time to read and store the values
properly.

What you have to do is re-activate the TPMS system once when the car is
cold...drive it for 10 to 20 miles and leave it like that.
When getting in the car again and when starting to drive you should not
re-activate it - never...if the tire pressure is too low the system will
warn you immediately and once you start driving it will display the tire
pressure readings without a problem...
The TPMS system does not do well when the car is not running as the TPMS
control module uses different input data to come up with the proper
tire pressure (the pressure itself, the temperature of the tires, the
rotations of the wheels).

the fastest way of activating the sensors is using a star diag system and entering the serial numbers of each sensor onto the DAS screen. If that is not possible, check the air pressures and press the reset button on the instrument cluster. It will then ask you to confirm with a push of the + button on the steering wheel. It will then say " tire pressure monitor reactivated" After that, drive for a long time!

Why ?
Senors are no battery state or failure?

I know that. But after reset and drive for a whil but shows same message like "reactivate tpm after tire pressure correction"

any chance your installer cracked the sensors? This is common if the installer is not use to mounting tires on TPMS rims. The best way to diagnose it is with a star diagnose system.

Every dealership knows about how to detect wrong sensors?
In korea dealership don't know about TPMS(no officially imported mercedes which have tpms).

E63 wheels TPMS

I have the E63 wheels installed on my 2003 E320 and the TPMS does work. Takes 30-40 minutes to display pressure after reset though.
