After market Head Unit???

After market Head Unit???
I was wondering if anyone has installed a after market head unit? I want to put one with a touch screen that has a lot more options then the current unit. Would I have to change all the speakers in the car? also if any one out there has one installed pics would be nice.

Barry ,could you just give me five?? I know it looks perfect with the stock radio,but there are a few less costly items that would probably look good as well,and not cost as much,namely Alpine. I changed the stock radio in my W210 to an Alpine 9853,and never looked back. With this car to go to MP3 capability with file

I personally like my Euro Comand. It does what I need it to do and love the factory look. The sound quality isn't that bad, but there is always Reus Systems for you audiophiles.
