No more than Invoice for a 2007 (there aren't many left).
Start negotiating at Invoice for 2008's when they arrive or if you order one. It might be hard to get a great deal on one of the dealer's early 2008 inventory. You may do better by placing an order but it will take a few weeks to get the car.
Some of us are anxiously awaiting 08's that we've ordered before production started on 01-June.
You can't go wrong with a 2007/2008 E-Class. They have been honed into a truly fine car that should protect and please you for many years.

2007 E350
Just got my a month ago. Siver with sport and Pr II + parktronic + trunk closer + matching sterring wheel MSRP$58500 and I got it for $53000.
Not a lot of dealer have Premium II left but Premium I should be easy to find.
