Do the 2008 E's non AMG with AMG kit, have the logo?

Think of it this way: On a contract or something of that sort, the AMG exhausts and wheels would equate to the type of paper it's written on. It may have the company logo watermarked on the background. Great, all they do is make it look pretty. The AMG badge would be the equivalent of the writing on the piece of paper.

AMG badging on a car's trunk lid means that the car is an AMG car. You can change the wheels & remove the spoiler, and its STILL an AMG car. The badge on the trunk certifies that it was built as an AMG car to the public... not the wheels or the soft fascia & & assorted trim pieces. Those are the LEAST of what an AMG car IS. You know it, thats why you put the badge on the trunk lid. If you put the badge low down on the front fenders you wouldn't be representing that THE CAR as a whole was an AMG car. Its OK to have some AMG wheels & trim, especially if the manufacturer offers them to you as available options. Those pieces say that those pieces are made by AMG... they are AMG products, thats why they say they are. The car is STILL not an AMG product, but claims that it is because of the badge on the trunk lid. That's why even though the Factory lets you buy some trim, THEY don't slap the pedigree papers on the trunk lid.
Be that as it may, its not a crime to put the badge on the car, so if it makes a person feel better about the car, so what?

haha no, I dont... the 4Matic badge takes up the space where the AMG badge would go!
All I am saying is its not a crime or as bad as everyone puts it to be. If MB puts AMG wheels and AMG exhaust tips from the factory on non-AMG vehicles... what harm does a badge do? Obviously the non-AMG vehicles with the AMG wheels and exhaust tips have nothing to do with a tuned engine, suspension, braking, and ECU software tuning

Somehow putting an AMG badge on a non AMG car is like putting a Sock in your underwear, but it's still a free country.
