Plastic trim at bottom of windshield

In trying to replace my Heat exchange shut off motor I'm stuck already. Does anyone know how to remove the plastic trim that shrouds the bottom of the windshield? All of the plastic screws seem to just spin in place and I don't see any other way to remove it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The tasks should be:
- remove wiper system,
- remove multifunction sensor,
- remove the rubber seal from the water collector,
- detach gaskets at the wiper shafts,
- unclip windshield washer nozzles line,
- remove expander clips from water collector, and unclip water collector in the area of the windshield.

Those changing their heat exchanger valve, search for another post explaining how to detach some of the screws that don't seem to come up but just "rotate free", can use some pliers to take them off.
