Are these adaptors usable for US W211?
I found this iPod adaptor from Dietz: (google translation)

There are tons of adaptors from DIETZ on Germany's eBay site (www.ebay.de search dietz mercedes), and from what I can see, there are TV tuners, A/V inputs, etc., even for cars like ours that do not have the optional TV tuners. There are also interfaces for installing aftermarket stereos and keeping the steering wheel controls, which has been discussed on this forum ad nauseam and found to be next to impossible.
Are any of these available in the US?

i see their stuff on german ebay all the time... this particular one looks like it works with US models too.
when it comes to their video/ multimedia adapters, thats when i think you need a euro version of comand
