MBUSA announced a $1,500 gas card incentive to customers who purchase a MY08 E320 BlueTEC new between 4/1/08 and 4/30/08. The card will mail to you after purchase.

Premium is $3.79 here .. Diesel $4.29 .. gonna need more than a $1500 gas card to make me bite the bullet

Seems like a viable incentive. $1k goes towards the model difference; the other $500 @ $0.50/gal = 1000 gal. That coupled with the improved mpg could swing it for some.
