remove rear door handles

remove rear door handles
does anyone have any experience removing the rear door outer handles? someone had a cart hit the door, and i can save myself several $$ if i am able to remove what i can to minimize the labor in the repair. so far i got the window moulding off and the door moulding, door panels, and now i just need to remove the door handle. thanks in advance.

door handle takes about 30 seconds to pull of so I don't think you will be saving much. A T20 torx should remove the handle trim piece to the rear of the handle and then the handle slides out to the rear. If it has keyless go, there would be one electrical connector to unplug.
