DC Area People - Input needed on upcoming sale
I'm posting here because MBWorld has no regional forums and the Sales/Leasing forum doesn't have much traffic - moderators, move if needed.
Anyway, the lease on our 3 series wagon expires in August and we're thinking of an E-350 wagon. Can you recommend any good salespeople in the DC area? We're in Silver Spring, MD. Thanks.

EuroMotorCars-Germantown does a lot of business. I take my cars there for service and I'm relatively happy with them.

Avoid EuroMotors in Bethesda. My wife had terrible problems with their service.
I got my car at HBL in Tysons, where I got by far the best price quoted to me of any of the local dealerships (I asked for the price online; don't know if that will still be of benefit) and where the service has been excellent. We take my wife's car there now, too. Unfortunately, it is not that convenient to you (or to me, but it has still been worth it).

I have bought 2 from Euro in Bethesda.
I bought from Bethesda because due to "intercompany rivalry" the will not "exchange" cars. I don't know why, but I have heard that more than once.
My salesman is Mike Luna in Bethesda. He was very fair in his dealing.
But due to poor service in Bethesda, I have the car serviced in Germantown.
Germantown has an execllent service staff.
I have heard about nightmares about HBL's service departments.
Tischer is a nice dealership and we almost bought there, but Euromotors beat their price by quite a bit. I have a feeling that Tischer may not have a very large inventory, but that is why dealers "exchange" cars.
Good luck

We actually had a great experience at Euro Motorcars in Bethesda. Our salesperson - who was recommended to us by a friend - was excellent. It was the easiest car buying experience.
