Help! mixed up jumper cables lots of electronics stopped working what to replace?

2005 e320 cdi
Battery died, had neighbor jump start me. He had his jumper cables on wrong. He connected his and no response, he mixed up positive and negative terminals. Switched them up and car started right up. Made it to work.
Replaced a few fuses.
Radio fuse in front (driver side dash) and back (trunk) keep bowing, radio not working
Turn signals nor hazard flashers work
Fuel Guage not working at all
Rear head rests won't go down
Keyless entry not working.
Works if I put it right up to the sensor on the handle
all I noticed so far

Should I replace both front and rear SAM?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Would love to avoid going to the dealer ship

Thanks!

Get it diagnosed with a Star system and it should tell you exactly what needs to be replaced. All else is guessing and costly, likely with no success.

Xentry diagnostic system. And multiple hours of your time. Or $$$$ at the dealer.
