I recently purchased a replacement CL Style grill for my E500. It's the Black version with 4 chrome slats and chrome MB star... Not going to mention the vendor as they are a sponsor here I believe... Anyway, the quality is pretty low, reminding me of model airplane type engineering... The plastic grill slats are attached to the mounting frame via plastic studs that are melted to the frame to make the 2 pieces one... Several were already popped loose when I took it out of the box, and several more popped loose upon mounting it to the car... The quality of the "melts" looks like it was done with a hot butter knife... Anyone got a replacement grill they'd recommend for it's high quality...? I've seen a ton of them online but it's hard to determine quality from pictures alone...
