F all you with Heat and Vented seats. The moron who ordered my car god DD but no Heat/Vent.... I never even used them in my S500 but it's nice to know you have it.

I'd have to say DD Seats, rear-view mirror parking assist, Auto wipers, AMG Package and Sport Suspension (is that a Feature?).... You know what, there are way too many things I love about it, many are simple Features that come standard too.

Naming negatives would be easier and quicker.

06 E350 didn't have AC seats as an option, only DD and heated. However, the 06 E500 didn't have DD as an option, but AC and heated seats. How weird is that???

Can't say the same.

Having owned and driven both cars (OK..OK..the MB is the wife's), my washed, clayed and waxed 5xxi looks more agressive and eye-catching than the E.

Lets not even get to comparing the driving experience. The 5 is Yes, when I am a passenger in my wife's car, I am more comfortable than when I am a passenger in the 5.

No offence intended for anyone

Having owned both cars I can say that both cars are nice cars but I would still put the MB a notch above the BMW. The beauty of a car is subjective so there is no point arguing with what one likes and dislike. I personally think the current gen E-class is beautiful but the current gen 5 series is an eye sore after Chris Bangle had his way with the car. That being said I was a HUGE fan of the previous generation 5 series which I still think is gorgeous. I also decided to switch from BMWs to MBs because while BMWs are very nice cars, they are also poorly designed and built. I had nothing but problems with my 5 series and to be honest the interior quality was not up to the same level as the E-Class. Does a BMW handle better then a MB ? Absolutely but I'm sitting in bumper to bumper traffic and the only thing that matters to me is a silkly smooth ride which the BMW was unable to give me. On the other hand I have friends who are self proclaimed BMW drivers for life who would not be caught dead in a MB. Each to their own I say; after all isn't that what makes this whole thing called life interesting ?

I've got 2 newer 5-Series' in the family (525i & 545i Dinan tuned), no comparison to the E-Class IMO when it comes to style, luxury, and interior quality and design.
