Backup Camera/ipod integration-anyone tried this?

Backup Camera/ipod integration-anyone tried this?
I have been going nuts for the last 1 year trying to figure out how to connect a backup camera to my COMAND APS and have had no luck.
Today I stumbled onto this..

Anyone have any luck or used this at all?
Have any of you guys had a successful backup camera install with the APS? Automatic trigger or otherwise?
