SAT Radio = ON, which is strange

SAT Radio = ON, which is strange
Hey -
I purchased a 2007 CPO E350 about a month ago, and I recall pushing every button (and combination of buttons) in this thing in my effort to figure it out.
Anyway - I'm positive the SAT radio menu screen in the COMAND simply provided a phone number to call and activate.
Today - for whatever reason, the SAT radio is broadcasting and working. I did nothing. Listened to Stern for over an hour!
Is there some kind of promotion going on, or anything that could have triggered this? I have not activated anything, or signed up for anything....
