05 e320- mass air sensor, water pump & engine mount

05 e320- mass air sensor, water pump & engine mount
Took my wifes car in for yearly scheduled D service & detail ($600 + $130). Told the dealer that my wife reported an unantural engine acceleration and the car feeling sluggish. She pulled of the road and restarted and everything went away.
Dealer says it needs new Mass air flow sensor ($990 P&L), new water pump ($675 P&L) and new engine mounts (($750 P&L). This is after no info from the dealer for two days, on top of it he wants to get a second opinion from the shop foreman!
1. Are the prices reasonable for a midwest location?
2. Is this wear expected on a 05 E320 with ~69K on it?
3. Time to get rid of the car? Have no extended warranty on the car.
