Am I missing something here?
I just notice that this screen doesn't seem to convey properly what I think it is supposed to convey. Or the lawyers that programmed my Command really need to brush up on their engrish

Yeah... its embarrassing how poorly worded much of the DIC & Comand phrasing is. (Capitalization is screwy for sure!) Its like early Japanese instruction sheets used to be worded...
"Be sure to be are plug in the device not working."
Just be substituting the word "May" with "Must" the phrase becomes a non joke warning.
You'd NEVER see this on a Japanese product anymore: Thank you to be purchasing our proudly produce luxury car of the world. Now to begin enjoy carrier, properly care for fluid level on inspection at Lexus workshop.
If MB would call me, I'd retranslate all of their DIC gibberish.
