Will CLS55 mufflers fit on an E500?

Will CLS55 mufflers fit on an E500?
I found a brand new set of '06 CLS55 mufflers for sale. The seller states they will fit but, I'm not completely sold on that. They look like they would but, can't be 100% sure. Has anyone done this before? If so, was it only a matter of notching the rear bumper to allow the tips to fit correctly? My car is a 2005 E500 with the non-Sport rear bumper.
