Front Speaker
I am trying to replace front speaker on 03 E320. Cannot figure out how to remove the grill to get to the speaker. Is it necessary to remove the wood trim piece under the grill first?

No, you'd better find the old thread with instructions. On the 2003 model there are retaining tabs that have to be released, photos from the existing thread would help a lot.
