Are you planning on doing the E63 side mirrors or staying with the current setup?

I have completed the rear end of my car.

I do want to get this straight. I love my mercedes and don't mind that it's not an AMG with these expensive gas prices. I just wanted more from the exterior appearance of this car and I would have even done another brand, but AMG provides the sexiest bumpers for OEM. It really became a no brainer.

My car has the front of an E63, rear of an E55, and soul of a Mercedes E320.

Hey man I'm in the DMV and need to replace my e320 front end because a deer strike. What shop did your work and would you recommend them? :zoom:

Any plans for an AMG steering wheel conversion?

Simply swap it out and you got your conversion.

E63 wheel will only work on 2005+ models. You can install E63 wheel on 2003-2004, but it requires changing out the steering column electronics.

I think you can do it without. It has to be version coded. But on that I'm not a 100% sure.

Did not read all the posts on this thread. Could you just swap the FL grill, with some old bumper modification,or is it going too far down?
