After years of searching for searching for an updated w211 I have found a pre-owned that meets nearly all my option wants, including my first choice of color. Im excited about finding it, but in noway attached to pay an arm & leg. So Im looking for others opinions to see where my price & their asking price fits in the real world.

i just bought an 08 E350 4matic with very similar options minus the paddle shifters and amg for 25k, which i thought was a very good price, however, mine had 48k miles.

You left out the 2 prices but it may have been intentional. I found that once you get into similar models/options the biggest price factors come down to accidents, number of owners, condition inside and out. Other major factor in price is MB dealer certified. If you can find a no accident, one-owner, good condition inside and out, maintenance logs (dealers can run vin for mb shop service history), and buy it from a non-mb dealer you can do well. MB Dealer certified gives some peace but you pay a price.

after searching further...I'm finding these options price range extremely varies. I'm seeing 30k-40k. I cant see the paying 40k for a CPO 08 with 33,xxx miles. Im just looking for a P2, 4matic, pano, & some factory warranty left.

09 2wd 550 86k miles for 16,900 OTD. no xenon no pano no keyless go. amg pack with 18" wheels and paddle shifters. black on black. Site unseen, had it shipped to me. have had it for four months now, have had zero issues except my comand took a ****. Be careful with those cpo'ed cars though, they can look really nice but need 4k$ worth of parts and labor. Looks can be deceiving.
