Sport Package Tire Survey Summary
Thanks to all who answered...
By looking at the responses there seems to be a clear delineation as to which vehicles got the different tires.
1) All respondents who have a car built before 1/1/03 have the Continental Touring CH95 tires.
2) All resondents who have a car built after 1/1/03 either have the Continental Contact Sport 2 or the Michelin Pilot Primacy.
What is puzzling to me is after checking Tire Rack and Michelin web sites, I do not see the Pilot Primacy available in 245/45 17"
According to MB's website, this is the size for the sport package for both the E320 and E500. The largest size in 17" for the Primacy is 235/45.
I'd be interested in those that have the Michelins what size their tires are and which model they have (320 or 500)
