Waiting on parts
Anyone have experience with bmwmercedesparts.com?
I've read good stuff about them here. Shipping prices high - but usually worth it given the good price on the parts. True in my case - parts are 1/2 of what dealer would charge.
I ordered 8/23, was notified of my shipping charge on 8/25. I sent an email asking if they had shipped, or if I would get a confirmation #. No response. When I check the status of my order it just says "processing".
Does it take them a long time to ship? I am just a days drive away so I'm hoping they'll get here fairly quick.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Usually its a delay from the benzo factory. I had to wait for rotors to come from Annapolis mercedes (which I highly don't recommend) and they took for ever. When they finally came, they came from over seas.
Of course they sent the wrong ones on top of it, and it costed more for me to ship back to the dealer in Annapolis then it did for them to ship it from over seas......

So I got a tracking number yesterday. So, if others are ever wondering, when you get your notification of shipping price it hasn't necessarily shipped. You will get a tracking number when it does. At least that has been my exp.
