Gasoline grade and new E? surprise!!!!
Have new E and am using 91 octane premium unleaded fuel.
Met 2 folks this weekend at social event who have had MBs for over 5 years and inform that they have always used 87 octane (cheapest unleaded gasoline)
Wondering what MB owners on this forum opine?
Can you put routinely unleaded cheapest gas in new E????

I always put the highest (93?) my local gasstop has. But then again.. I have always done that.. even with my bimmer.. and my blazer before that.
Along the same lines.... does anyone here use the "fuel injector" additives to clean injectors? I use to add some techron in a bottle to my bimmer about every 2 months.. seemed to work well. E class manual warns AGAINST this. Just wondering...
