The blanket would be nice when you go to the beach, or if you need to change a flat at some point. Otherwise woopdidoo! With my ML, I received the all-weather mats and cargo tray, 2 keychains (of my choice), sweatshirt, coffee mugs, during delivery. They sent more mugs and a 4 bags of coffee beans along with some Mercedes chocolates later in the week. For my C, I received all-weather mats, 3 keychains, cd case, travel mugs with coffee beans, all during delivery. Haven't received anything in the mail, but it's been less than 2 days
I haven't received anything from MBUSA, nor do I get things from the dealer on a regular basis. No biggie, they treat me well enough as-is. For example, when taking my ML in for service, if they don't have any MBs available (they use Hertz in-house as their main rental source), my salesman gives me his car for the day. Try that out for service!!

Wow
I go away for the weekend and come back to 50 replies!
You know, my dealer is Evil (TM), and it doesn't appear they had anything to do with it. Looks like MB just took initiative and sent me the blankey based on my little Nav experience. I have never gotten any of the other items, such as keychains, books, polo shirts, coffee mugs, windbreakers, etc.
Would have loved to have the book as it is infinitely more useful. Also, you can pass that on as a genuine gift that would be appreciated. Giving someone else a MB blanket? Might as well hand them the feeder bottle with milk while you are at it.

Just got the blanket last week.
So far:
2 Keychains
1 Pen
1 Polo Shirt
1 $75 Gift Cert to Amazon.com (test drive offer)
2 Blankets (including this new one).
This isn't my first MB, but its the first that I have been getting all this free stuff, and its the cheapest one yet.

Getting Toyota to f**k up a DVD-based navigation system.
It just doesn't happen.
Please don't compare Apples to Oranges and let's keep it all in perspective, shall we. Bmms8 is 100% on the mark.

No Blanket in Atlanta
For all of you VIP types that got a blanket I am envious.
My Frau and I play with the A/C controls........she has to be the only one on the planet who can make a trip to Fla. in a sweater.
I emailed my sales guy and told him to have one each blanket on the backseat of the the E500 re do........He replied back and asked if it came from the showcase or catolog of MB.
Anyone have an answer? If any of you want to donate your unused blanket please advise............Frau will appreciate it and so will I as I like cold cars on hot days............next trip I have sworn to take the SC 430 with the top down and see if she can deal with NO A/C.
Derek.

Sent an email to MB customer service via their online page. Was told that this a time limited promotion to limited customers however one was in the mail. Just received it today. Give it a try...
