E Class in So. Cal Police Pursuit
Just finished watching a stolen E class that was involved in a high speed police pursuit. Appears the car was forcibly taken by five hooligans. Fortunately, the pursuit ended without a crash. I feel the pain of the owner. Hope it wasn't a forum member.

thanks for sharing this with us. that is pretty sad, stealing cars?? especially a Mercedes-Benz
i hope the family of the car is doing alright, hopefully those criminals can stay off the streets, and get a hefty sentence.

It was on either NBC or KTLA. Couldn't quite tell whether it was a 320 or 500 since the coverage was from a chopper. Definitely not an E55. Caught a quick glimpse of the wheels and they appeared to be sport. The car was either white or silver with light colored interior. Four young guys and a woman were taken into custody.

It was on all of the local LA stations last night with continuous coverage on KTLA. They never said what type it was on the news or in the paper this morning. I think it looked like an E-500 Sport, but that's a guess from a distance.
Speeds were low for most of the chase, and I didn't see the driver hit anything during the hour plus of pursuit.
