w211 Power Steering Fluid
2006 e350 4m ... nearly 90k mi. Okay to top off power steering with off-the-shelf stuff? If so ... any recommendations? Else a trip to MB parts is needed, I suppose, for the pricey stuff. thanks in advance.

It uses Pentosin CHF 11s. I found it at my corner auto store, it's apparently the common PS fluid in Euro cars. About $20 for a liter, but that's likely cheaper than the dealer charges.
I have no idea what will happen if you use something else.
