Attention MB of Manhattan shoppers...
Anybody here ever bought a MY03 E from MB of Manhattan with a pre-paid Navigation and got their car replaced? If yes, please respond. If possible include the person you've dealt with (or send the name through private message) and how long the process took. Also include if you had any problems with this exchange.

I bougth from MB of Manhattan. It was a very good experience. Thomas Krasinski helped me, but i pruchased my car via the internet inquiry. Tom's number is 212-629-1484. He is very nice and very accomadative. If you call him, let him know that I gave you him as a contact. The person that handled internet sales was Peter Berensman.

I bought my car (prepaid nav) from MB of Manhattan. My car was replace in 2-3 months. I applied to have it replaced in April and got the car in July. I bought my car from Rick Lane, but he's been transferred to Service now.
