2007 mercedes E350
service issue...
i got my 2007 mercedes e350 serviced yesterday... dropped it off got a loan car because it had an oil leak (only 30k miles....) so i took the loan car and went home... next day around 11am.. i went to go pick it up... the total was $680.. my dad was driving home on the highway and im in passanger seat and the bottom engine cover came off and was scrapping on the ground on the highway...safely pulling to the side... i called the guy who helped me service the car and he said try to safely bring the car back... on the way back right before the ramp for the dealership it flew off my car onto the highway and my dad was really pissed.... he said he will put in a new one by monday.... my question is should he give me more then a new engine cover or just leave it like that... we talked to a sales man and he said talk to the manager.... im interested in the new 2014 mercedes e350 for a trade in.. do you think i should get a better price for my car?
