Steering wheel not telescopinv
hi everyone. the steering wheel on my 03 e320 will not telescope in and out. searching the forum the more common problem seems to be a problem with the steering wheel not going up and down due to a plastic coupler. does anyone know if the telescoping function has a similar cause?

The plastic coupler is only about 1" long and can be easily replaced when you pull the column from the car. It will be on top of the column under the speedometer. The cost of the part is about $20. Part number: A203 462 06 78
