AC delete belt

I need a shorter serpentine belt to bypass my groaning ac compressor - anyone have the measurements for it?

Search yielded nothing except for a "shorter belt" nomenclature.

I won't claim accuracty but.............6PK2310 belt can be used on any non kompressor M112, M113, M272 and M273 to bypass the A/C

Hey blaster, that is why you have an EC button on you control unit--press it and the lamp is lit------- the AC compressor does not function!!

That's how I understand it to work as well. I have a pronounced growl that sounds like a bad AC compressor that only goes away completely when the "0" button is energized.

When I press "EC" the growl continues so I'm thinking that EC function is not immediate or the pulley is unable to decouple. I had a ac specialist steth the noise to the compressor internals.

Either way I hope to isolate the growl to the AC compressor itself vice cabin air fan by short belting it. (Before spending ~$300 on a vacuum, a new denso, new drier and a refill.)
