Help....Dealer wont' negotiate on Lease
Here are the "deals"

$675/mo. with tax plus first mo. payment, no neg. on the fees

$697/mo. with tax plus first mo. payment, no neg. on the fees
or Zero down and $785/mo.
What's the problem? The deals don't seem very good or the dealers don't want to neg....HELP!!
I'm in Houston, TX...are the deals just not as good??
