Yea Yea Chinese Japanese.... it still a rice burner....LOL

Anyway never did find the REAL clunk. Spent more than $3000 at the dealership and independent over the last 7 months and replaced ball joints, bearings, tightened all kinds of bolts, nuts, replaced motor mounts, transmission mounts, tires, and still had it. IF you do a search on here and also some other MB sites/forums with just the word "clunk" you will find more than 4000 (I am not kidding) more than 4000 CLUNK posts listed and that goes way back to 2002. Almost all are some kind of front end while turning CLUNKs. I just gave up and changed to a different manufacture. My other 2 MB back in the 80's and 90's were pretty well built but the 2000's seem to have lost it.

You woln't have to worry about anymore clunk or thud noises, rice-burners only make cling and ting sounds.

I fixed my SBC brakes and airmatics with new Chrysler 300C 5.7 Black
