Installing fog lights

I just receive my Hoen Xenomatch fog bulbs - anyone have experience putting them in? I can't see how to get to them easily... (do you have to remove the plastic under the bumper?)

Thanks, Lionhead! I will try this tonight. - Below is the text from Mark in case anyone eles is interested:

VERY Easy to change..... I just did mine. Look under car front, just behing front bumber and there are two "trap" doors (just below each fog light). A qtr twist counter clockwise (clockwise as you look at the bulb from the front) and disconnect the cable... that's it. Don't touch the bulb!!!
