when i did press the engine uphill today, i noticed heavy oil smell inside the car,and it came smoke from the upper exhaust part/particel filter/catalyst"dont know the english word for it".the air filter was warm as hell, so i am thinking that something is leak from the turbo, or can it be some other parts.
its a w211 220 cdi 2008

Valve cover gasket?

Thanks for reply, i will check the valve cover gasket tomorrow.is it hard to change it??,do i need to remove the diesel injectors??

Sorry, but I am not sure how to change the gasket. I had it done at the dealer during maintenance visit. They noticed oil dripping down the side of the engine. I am sure there are guys here who can give you more information. Look closely to see if you can see the source of the leak.

Thank you, i will take apart the air filter box tomorrow.and then i hope i can see the source
