is this a lock up solenoid problem
 
what is causing this??.the problem is one when the car is cold..

all I saw was 417777 km------1500rpm and 160km\hr---what solenoid problem!!!

Did I miss something!!

i am driving in 40km/t,with the cruise controll, and the rpm jumps when the car is cold..

Do you notice anything that feels like harsh shifts when cold? With that many kms, you could have wear issues in the lockup circuit, which includes a solenoid, two valves in the VB and the clutch pak in the TC. Frankly I'd think that you'd sense it with low speed shifts. The RPM thing looks like something else. That is a CDI, did you check the fuel filter? When was that last swapped out?

it gears a little hard when cold,so i should change the lockup solenoid, and what 2 valves in the valve body shall i change?this is a 220cdi.i dont know when the fuel filter has been changed, so i will change it tomorrow.
i want to try all that i can before i change the tc,cause its a lot of work

Do the fuel filter first of all.

As for the tcc valves in the valve body see #'s 1 & 2

I don't think these are DIY projects in that some machining, boring is required. The solenoid should test at 2.5 ohm I believe.

Order of priority:

Fuel filter
Conductor plate
test Solenoids (these have different values FYI)
replace electrical connector while you're in there.
The valves can be bench tested with the VB out, but again, not a typical DIY.

Not a bad idea to flush the trans fluid especially if darkened in color. Should be red.

One more idea, your indy or dealer can temporarily shut the tcc off thru star. Drive and see if you see bouncing on the tach.

i have changed to diesel filter, the car got better engine sound, but the engine is warm, so i have not tested it cold yet,i will report tomorrow, but i made a little funny DIY about the diesel filter change

You managed those clips well with the channel locks. I recommend getting the proper tool off ebay. ~$25. Those clips get bent etc when working them off and on with pliers, could loosen the tension or worse cause clip failure.

If you're still bouncy on the RPMs, get the codes read before you do anything.

the last owner had the codes read, and there where no codes....so you say that i shall swap the channel locks??

look on ebay for "clic-r pliers" Those red handled ones are cheap and do the job. Orient one way to remove the clamp and flip the orientation to re-install the clamp.
