Hi, I just bought this car and just hate the sound of my exhaust.. I recently switched from a W203 C55 to a W211 E500 and it sounds like I have glass packs when I get on the gas. I loved the throaty sound of my C55 which had the rear cat delete and want the E500 to sound similar. I have the dual exhaust coming out the rear with the dual tips on each side (quad look). The dealer that I bought it from took it in as a trade and knew nothing about it (in my opinion). They said the dual (quad) exhaust tips are what is making the sound? I would like to get this taken care of right away. Can somebody give me an insight on what could be making it sound like glass packs and what I can do to fix it? Thanks in advance!
